The Gulf Coast institute serves Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. The Gulf Coast institute is co-directed by Dr. Christopher Gregg, instructor of biological sciences at Louisiana State University, and Dr. Bill Wischusen, associate professor of biological sciences at Louisiana State University.
